History of Eskildsen & Eskildsen

 

The law office of Eskildsen and Eskildsen was founded in November, 1979, in the city of Panama by Ricardo Eskildsen Morales and Javier Eskildsen Morales with the support and vision of Ricardo A. Morales B. Grandfather of the founders. Ricardo A. Morales B. was a reputed Justice from Panama's Supreme Court. Graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C;  dedicated his life to the public service.  First as Circuit Judge, Minister of Treasury, Ambassador, member and President of The National Assembly, Second Designated Vice President of the Republic and worked extensively in the Judicial Branch appointed in more than once occasion President of the Supreme Court, during his tenure. Ricardo A. Morales passed his vision of Justice and Democracy to his two grandsons; principles which were passed to him from his later father Eusebio A. Morales, another prestigious Attorney and a founder of the Republic of Panama in 1903.

Mr. Ricardo and Javier Eskildsen initially projected the office in private matters specializing in international commercial activities, Corporations, Shipping and Admiralty activities, Civil and Commercial  Law and Property Law. For more than twenty eight  years the Firm has maintained high ethics and moral standards always protecting the interest of its clients within the framework of law.

The Law office is located in Fifty Street within the financial district in the city of Panama and has three floors with the main entrance to the office in ground level, Office No. 6,  in  Universal building No. 102.

The Clientele mainly is of international interest from the continent of Europe; with clients in North America and Asia, engaging in offshore activities which include asset management, corporation interest, shipping and finance interest, land and property real estate investment and tourism within the domestic market.

The bilingual personnel includes five attorneys and twenty five support staff with a state of the art computer systems which can provide internet access and immediate communication solutions with the highest standards of technology.
