G. Dissolution or Liquidation or Re-Domicile A corporation can be dissolved by the shareholders. If no shares have been issued, the resolution to dissolve or re-domicile the corporation could be approved by the subscribers or the holders of the assignment of those subscribers’ shares. Additional condition may be established in the articles of association. Recording of re-domiciliation will be effective when evidence of the recording at the second jurisdiction is presented at the Public Register. |
